               Connecting to the Dancing Universe   an introduction to Partnered Yoga
                                                                                           with Alex Pfeiffer & the Anusara Kula

                             Yoga Connects us to our core; our source of being.  In taking time for
                              practice we find a deeper connection to our own selves.  But what happens
                             when we leave the mat?  How do we connect to an ever changing world
                             where everyone dances their own dance?  In partner yoga, we explore this
                             question and explore our own depths and limitations in connection with
                              other people.  No partner yoga experience necessary.  All Levels Welcome.
