We will cover basic anatomy, physiology, and how Anusara Yoga Alignment principles can be used to help and/or prevent injuries and pain.  In these highly informative and experiential workshops, you will learn much that is relevant to you and your yoga practice.  If you are a teacher, you will learn skills to address the aches and pains of your students.

A Full Spectrum Practice     -     $30

Playfully challenge yourself to participate in the circuitries of Embodiment.

Standing Poses & Backbends    -     $45

Inspired by Ganapati, the elephant headed son of Shiva
and Parvati, we will explore empowered teachings of
boundaries and thresholds in a dynamic practice of
standing poses and backbends.   

Saturday, November 8th :   2:30pm - 4:30pm                     Lotus Rising

Hip Openers & Meditation   -    $30

A symbol of spiritual unfolding, wealth, and abundance,  the lotus is rick with teachings and practices.  In this deep exploration of hip openers and lower body principles of alignment, you will cultivate the seeds of your own unfolding.

Sunday, November 9th :   2:30pm - 4:30pm               Leap for the Mango

Balancings           -     $45

From the young yogi's playful leap toward the
sun, to the mature leap across the ocean of
consciousness, Hanuman, the Divine Monkey, will
be our inspiration in a dynamic practice of
balancing postures.  Challenge yourself to find your
center in hand and leg balancings, and increase your
ability to take your centered state off the mat.
